Ahwatukee Homes in 85044, 85045, and 85048

Finding homes for sale in 85044, 85045, and 85048 (all three zip codes are exclusive to Ahwatukee) can be a challenge as inventory is dropping rapidly. Prices have been rising for years even prior to the inventory dropping to very low levels. Homes in 85045 tend to be more recently built than 85044 and 85048, but of course, there are always exceptions. 85044 tends to be, for the most part, the older section of Ahwatukee which many people love the character of the homes and the mature vegetation. Access to the airport is quicker from 85044. Homes in 85045 and 85048 are much more accessible with the new 202 highway. Even getting to and from the west valley has been made much easier with the new highway.

One thing I excel in according to my clients is how fast I catch on to the subtleties of their criteria. Furthermore, I will not just point out the positives, but the negatives too.
